This insurance provides compensation amounts to be claimed by the third parties which are subject to permanent contractual maintenance and which may occur in relation to the brand, type, manner of use, transport capacity and address of the place of residence, elevator or elevator shown in this policy up to the amounts stated in the policy.

The insurer is also obliged to pay court costs and attorneys fees which are awarded in the event of a lawsuit filed against this insurance. If so, the insurer covers the cost of the lawsuit, including the attorneys’ fees, only in the amount of the insured amount, if the amount of the compensation insurance is exceeded.
